Whitney VanDellen brings over 20 years of executive administrative experience to Visbeen Architects, with a proven track record of keeping complex operations running smoothly for senior leadership teams.
Before joining Visbeen, Whitney spent more than 17 years at Kodiak Construction as Executive Assistant to the President, where she served as the operational backbone of the organization, managing everything from accounts payable and payroll to executive communications and office administration. She went on to spend eight years at EHTC, supporting partners and leadership with calendar management, high-level event coordination, compliance tracking, and CRM oversight. Throughout her career, she has been entrusted with confidential information, cross-team collaboration, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps an organization moving forward.
At Visbeen Architects, Whitney supports the leadership team in day-to-day operations, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision.
Whitney is a lifelong West Michigan resident and lives in Grand Rapids with her husband, their daughter, and the family dog, Hagrid. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
