Bruce Arendsen
Project Designer

Bruce Arendsen has served as a Project Designer with Visbeen Architects since 2012, where part of his role consists of generating construction documents and digital modeling. Being able to look beneath the design skin of architectural plans and see all of the structural components come together in a cohesive and functional manner is something he truly enjoys.

Bruce has 12 years of experience working in the industry, eight of which were spent working in the commercial field on healthcare, theater, and church projects. He also spent more than a year working on the Kentwood District Library.

Bruce enjoys the variety of custom home design and the unique and creative design solutions Visbeen Architects provides to each project. He finds structure can influence design and enjoys the problem-solving aspect of keeping architecture intact and interesting.

Native to West Michigan, Bruce now lives in Wyoming, enjoys downhill skiing, and has a passion for mountain biking. Bruce owns four different bikes: a ‘90s-built titanium Nukeproof, an original Trek69, a custom-built Giant XTC, and an old steel Bianchi.
